Interpretation

The words of which the initial letter is capitalised have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

Definitions

For the purpose of this return and refund policy

  • Company (referred to as either "the Company","We","Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to Simply Sara

  • Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.

  • Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.

  • Services refers to the Website.

  • Website refers to Simply Sara, accessible from Simplysara.com

  • You means the individual accessing or using the Services, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service as applicable.

 

Our aim is to make sure you are happy with your purchase from Simply Sara.
If you are unhappy with your purchase we can offer you a refund or an exchange. You have up to 14 days from the date of receiving your order to return unused item(s) to us in order to receive a refund or an exchange.
Products we cannot refund or exchange
Unless there is something wrong with the item(s) or it does not correspond with the description on Simply Sara website unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange in respect of the following:
- Unsealed cosmetics, for example if you remove the hygiene seals and tags from a product
- Products that become mixed inseparably with other items, after delivery
- Products that have been used
- Products that are not in their original packaging
- Personalised or made to measure products
- Perishable products, products liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly
 
Returning your order 

  • Step 1 Contact Customer Service if you wish to arrange an exchange on ss.simplysara@gmail.com  

  • Step 2 Pack up your return in the original packaging (or equivalent) to ensure adequate protection in transit.  Kindly note that we are only able to exchange or refund goods that are returned to us in their original unopened form and in a resalable condition.

  • Step 3 You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. These shipping costs are non-refundable.or purchasing shipping insurance. 

  • Step 4 You should consider using a trackable shipping service.

Processing your refund
Please note that it can take up to 14 days from you returning your item(s) to receive your refund. We will credit your payment card (provided payment has already been debited from your payment card) with the price of the item(s) you are returning.


Your refund
a) We may reduce your refund (excluding delivery costs) to reflect any reduction in the value of the product, if this has been caused by your handling them in a way that means you have not taken reasonable care. We ask that you exercise reasonable care by not removing the seals while examining the item(s), unless you are certain that you intend to keep them.
b) If we refund you the price paid before we are able to inspect the item(s) and later discover you have handled them in an unacceptable way, you must pay us an appropriate amount to cover the reduction in value of the product.
 
The Returns Policy does not affect your legal rights.
